About the image:
Another photograph from Sariaya, Quezon. In fact, I will be posting more of these kids posing for me. It would be a nice series for future exhibitions. Let me know what you think.
Thank you Dudz Torres for the title! It cracks me up!
Tricycles are motorcycles with sidecars attached. They are usually used as a taxi in the Philippines for short distance trips although some use it for private use.

About the shot:
Taken in Sariaya, Quezon, Philippines.
No lensbaby used. I zoomed in (or out?) while I press the shutter. Works well with a shutter speed slower than your usual.
I thank you all for looking at my stream. I’m still busy as before, trying to rebuild my files from scratch. How many drives I have? 6! 3 internal, 3 external. Do I need all those? Not really but most of them are older drives with smaller capacity. My smallest is just 120gb and the largest is the most recent at 1tb which I will use to backup the other drives (a total of about 1.2tb!) I know use a separate drives for photos, music, scratch disk and misc files. We’re getting so much information at current times that I predict our heads will be about 20% larger than it is today in 100 years! I’m guessing evolution has to upgrade memory as well eventually. lol!
I still visit my friends pics but sorry if I can’t comment for now. I can’t even go out to shoot!

About the image:
Taken in NPA-laden Sariaya, Quezon in the Philippines. The people are friendly and willing to pose. I wish I can personally give them a copy of the pictures but that’s not possible but I can still give it to them through other means.
All the kids (and some adults) put their fingers underneath their chin while posing. A sign of “handsomeness”?
Too bad we didn’t really have enough time. We left only after half an hour, not enough time for me to shoot more than I did. I felt like a celebrity, with people swarming all over me for a picture. What is a universal goodwill sign? Show them their picture at the back of the camera! So many smiling faces after that!
How beautiful is the sunset in Manila Bay? VERY! I’m not just saying this because I was born there. I never appreciated it until I got into photography. We don’t get that type of sunset here in our part of Long Island. It is because of our location. The mountains (hills?) are too high up which prevents the golden light from happening.
Hi folks, how is everyone doing this Christmas? I spent time with my wife here at home the whole morning. My day started gloomy because I was thinking of my family back home but then I remembered the simple things in life like cuddling with my wife in bed in the morning, cooking her breakfast and opening gifts. Well, we didn’t actually opened gifts (we got our iPhones weeks before!) but still had a good talk and listened to Christmas songs (on the PC of course)
Tina had to go to work (she got promoted to Asst. Manager yay!) and I’m here alone, still trying to recover as much photos I could from a corrupted file system. I learned a great deal from this disaster and now I am just keeping a few photos that I really like. Oh and I now do make backups of everything!

About the image:
That is my son and brother-in-law running on the beach in Sariaya, Quezon in the Philippines. It was my first time to go to that place. I would have loved to run with my son but nobody could take pictures like I do in my family. lol!
